Acceptance

By using the TALY app you agree to these terms.

The service

TALY lets customers book and follow a queue place or appointment at registered businesses, and lets businesses manage their queues. TALY is a technology intermediary; services are provided by the businesses, which are responsible for them, their prices and quality.

Waiting times

Displayed waiting times and slots are estimates and may change; we do not guarantee when a service will start.

Acceptable use

Fake or abusive bookings, impersonation, attempts to access other people's data or to disrupt the service are not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do so.

Businesses

Business owners keep their business details, hours and prices accurate and use customer data only to serve their customers. Photos and descriptions they add must be their own and free of offensive, misleading or infringing content. Anyone can report a place from its page; we may remove violating content or suspend the business.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses caused by delayed or cancelled bookings or service interruptions.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
