حذف الحساب
من داخل التطبيق
افتح تطبيق تالي وسجّل الدخول، ثم من «حسابي» (أو «الإعدادات» لأصحاب الأنشطة) اضغط «حذف الحساب» وأكّد الطلب. يتم الحذف فورًا.
بالبريد الإلكتروني
أرسل طلب الحذف من البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى support@gettaly.app وسننفّذه خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رموز الدخول.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حسابك واسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وإشعاراتك.
- أي نشاط تملكه مع فروعه وخدماته وساعات عمله وطابوره وفريقه.
- تُلغى حجوزاتك القائمة، ويُزال اسمك من سجلات التذاكر السابقة لدى الأنشطة.
ما الذي قد نحتفظ به
سجلات تشغيلية مجهّلة (أرقام التذاكر وحالاتها دون اسمك) لدى الأنشطة لأغراض التقارير، وسجلات أمان الخادم لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يومًا.
Delete your account
In the app
Open TALY and sign in, then go to Profile (or Settings for business owners), tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate.
By email
Send a deletion request from your account email to support@gettaly.app. We complete it within 30 days at most. Do not include your password or sign-in codes.
What is deleted
Your account, name, email and notifications; any business you own with its branches, services, hours, queue and team; your active bookings are cancelled and your name is removed from past tickets.
What may be kept
Anonymous operational records (ticket numbers and statuses without your name) for business reports, and server security logs for up to 90 days.
